Annual Maintenance Contract

PIONEER ENERGY provides Comprehensive & Non-Comprehensive AMC for all products.

 

 The service includes UPS maintenance, battery replacement, battery testing & maintenance & warranty upgradation.

 

 After the expiry of warranty of product, client can prefer for AMC.

 

 Under AMC listing, UPS / batteries are included, provided client can request for separate AMC’s for both.

 

 Pioneer service engineers will visit ones in three months accordingly to check & maintain the product.

 

 Comprehensive AMC: With parts, replacement and free labour charges.

 

 Non-Comprehensive AMC: Without parts and replacement but labour charges are free.

 

Preventive AMC: Only checkup, without parts & replacement, only maintenance.
