Solar Off Grid System
Like On-Grid systems, solar panels are required to be installed on shadow less roof top and inverter connected to these panels, converts this DC voltage to AC voltage and also it charges connected batteries. Whenever MSEDCL supply fails, inverter supply is utilised till back-up is available.
The limitation of Off Grid system is cost of batteries, maintenance and replacement cost of batteries.
